BTCBNK gives you a secure wallet and a simple way to buy digital assets using your payment card. No trading terminal to learn, no jargon, and no hidden costs — you see the exact rate and the exact fee before you confirm anything.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Open a wallet. Once your account is verified, you get a wallet that supports BTC, TRX, USDC, USDT currencies.

Buy with your card. Purchase digital assets directly with your Visa card. Your assets are credited to your wallet as soon as the payment is authorised.

Receive and send. Receive digital assets from an external wallet, and send them to any address you choose.

Exchange. Swap one supported asset for another inside your wallet, at the rate shown before you confirm.

Track everything. Every transaction is recorded in your account history, with the amount, the rate applied and the time it was executed.

HOW IT WORKS

Register. Create an account with your email address and confirm it.

Verify your identity. Upload an identity document and complete a short liveness check. Verification is usually completed within [X minutes]. We are required by law to do this before you can transact.

Choose what to buy. Select the asset and the amount. Before you confirm, we show you the exchange rate, our fee, the total that will be charged to your card, and exactly how much of the asset you will receive.

Pay. Enter your card details and confirm the payment with your bank through 3-D Secure.

Receive your assets. The assets appear in your wallet, and we send you a confirmation by email.

The exchange rate and all applicable fees are displayed on the order screen before you confirm your purchase. The final price you pay is always shown in full, with nothing added afterwards.

PAYMENTS AND YOUR CARD STATEMENT

Card payments are processed on our behalf by a third-party payment processor.

We accept Visa. We only accept payment from a card held in your own name. Payments from a card belonging to someone else will be declined.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Digital assets are delivered immediately, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Once your assets have been credited to your wallet, the purchase is final. Please read our Refund Policy, which explains the circumstances in which a refund is available.

The value of digital assets can go down as well as up, and can change significantly in a short period of time. You may get back less than you paid. Only buy what you can afford to lose, and do not treat digital assets as a savings product — we do not pay interest, and we do not guarantee any return.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

Your account is protected by two-factor authentication and all card payments are authenticated through 3-D Secure.

We verify the identity of every customer before they can transact, and we screen customers and transactions in line with anti-money laundering requirements. We may ask you for additional information about your source of funds, and we may decline or delay a transaction where we are required to do so.

WHO CAN USE BTCBNK

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over. We do not offer our services to residents of sanctioned jurisdictions, or in any territory where we are not able to offer them lawfully.
